Charity Info Collection Survey

The Downtown Westfield Association and the Westfield Chamber of Commerce are looking to create a Westfield Charity Register magazine that showcases the local charities for the public to see all in one place. This magazine will be distributed through TBD and be available online. Please answer the questions below thoroughly and the DWA/WCC will be getting in contact about future progress with the register.
