Sip, connect, and energize your Thursday morning at our Chamber Coffee event! Join us for a casual and insightful gathering where community leaders share their experiences. Fuel your day with coffee (or water!) and engaging conversations in a welcoming atmosphere. This is a chance to network, exchange ideas, and gain valuable insights from local leaders. We look forward to hearing from the new CEO of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), Chris Hancock!

About Chris Hancock

Chris Hancock is a seasoned leader with a career spanning more than two decades in higher education, the fraternity and sorority industry, and nonprofit management. In March 2025, Chris was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI). Prior to his role at BAGI, he ran a consulting business, where he served as Executive Director of the Fraternal Housing Association and Program Planner for the Society for the Preservation of Greek Housing. Chris earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees from Indiana State University.

From 2020 to 2024, he served as the CEO of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. His prior leadership roles include Executive Director of Triangle Fraternity, Senior Director of Operations and Alumni Development at Sigma Alpha Epsilon Financial & Housing Corporation, and executive positions with Ivy Tech Community College and the Indiana State University Alumni Association. Chris lives in Brownsburg, Indiana, with his wife, Dana, and their son, Tyler.
